South of Khao Lak
The
area between Khao Lak and Phuket is quickly going
upscale with excellent villa resorts sitting on the
beach fronts. Part of its popularity is the
residential nature of areas like Natai Beach, where
villas beach front limit the number of resorts and keep
the beaches uncrowded.
Natai Beach itself is only 15 minutes from Phuket
International Airport - and much of these area is closer
to the airport than the tourist centers of Phuket.
